2003-10-28 - Bebo Norman's song 'Tip Of My Heart' has been recently re-recorded by popular country singer and television actor Billy Ray Cyrus, for Cyrus’ upcoming release, The Other Side. 'This is a song that was written by Bebo Norman, one of my favorite artists, just a great singer/songwriter, and a guy that I have the utmost respect for,' commented Cyrus. 'This song is about the wanting I think we all have to go deeper in our lives … spiritually, emotionally, and relationally,' Norman comments. 'It's also about the fear of the unknown that seems to always stop us short... But more than those things, this song is about grace... the grace that can only come from God.'
