Delirious Lauded by Artists

Delirious Lauded by: Michael W. Smith, tobyMac, Bart Millard (Mercy Me), Chris Tomlin, Darlene Zschech, Greg Laurie

The Mission Bell Releases Dec. 26

Carrying on its tradition of globally relevant music, Delirious? members release their new studio album, The Mission Bell, Dec. 26 on Sparrow Records. Here is what the band’s peers are saying about them and the new album:

“Delirious? is sparking a spiritual awakening among young and old alike. Best of all, they don't strike me as a band that's interested in watering down the gospel just to climb the pop charts or to get famous. Their number one priority is drawing the world back to God.” [Michael W. Smith]

“They've redefined the praise and worship scene; these guys are true artists who point the way to God. They're also one of those rare bands whose music appeals to nearly all generations.” [tobyMac]

“Delirious? is one of the most important bands in the past 10 -15 years, not to mention my all-time favorite band. They have worn their passionate love for Christ on their sleeves while making some of the most creative music of any genre. When I grow up...I want to be just like Delirious?.” [Bart Millard (Mercy Me)]

“Delirious? is the band that has continued to set me on fire when I hear their music. I love these guys. My first tour was with them, and I still count those days as some of the most important days of my music-life. They are on a mission to bring the glory of our God to the church and the streets. I couldn't be more proud to call them my friends.” [Chris Tomlin]

“For many years now, Delirious? have been inspiring us in our pursuit of Christ through their creative genius and uncompromising message of faith and hope through music. Mark and I count it one of life’s greatest riches to call these guys and their families our friends and co labourers as they continue to fill the earth with the high praises of God. We consider this project to be one of their absolute finest...prophetic, compelling and just basically brilliant...there are songs for the church, songs for the broken, songs of devotion and gratitude...so be energised to live with great passion as you listen to THE MISSION BELL...” [Darlene Zschech]

“Delirious? is one of the greatest bands in music today. Not just what we call contemporary Christian music but in my opinion, music in general. What other band can perform pulse-pounding straightforward rock, souring anthems and moving and sensitive worship all in one set? Answer: Delirious?!” [Greg Laurie (Pastor, Evangelist]

Known as the galvanizing force that changed the face of worship and for its compelling live performances that took them into 23 countries last year alone, Delirious? speaks directly to the Church through The Mission Bell, delivering a call of action to all believers. There is a sense of urgency, a challenge to the Church to quit talking about what it believes and to take action with all it’s been given. American audiences will be witness to this sentiment as the band tours the U.S. in April.
