Things I Prayed For Review

I loved Eli's style before this album and couldn't wait to hear it. The first 2 songs alone are worth buying it for. He tells the tale of his life and how his prayers changed from being a child to a teenager to a man. The second song is a irish-folk song rendering of a well-known joke, story, and sermon illustration about sending things on ahead.

The rest of the album is typical Eli- good acoustic-based modern folk songs. Good stuff.
