Jeff Deyo To Release Light

2004-02-02 - Jeff Deyo is gearing up for the release of Light, his sophomore solo album on Gotee Records, set to hit stores Feb. 10. Light features thirteen original songs written primarily by Deyo, including 'Bless the Lord,' featuring a guest performance by artist Rita Springer, 'We Come to Your Throne with Weeping,' a duet with Third Day's Mac Powell and a collaboration with artist Natalie Grant on 'Keep My Heart.' The album also features a bonus live version of the congregational favorite, 'These Hands.' 'I want this record to be more of a tool, rather than just another album people go and buy,' Deyo says. 'I hope it will be something that will truly and honestly connect people to God.'
