Kathy Trocolli Comments On Grammy Nomination

2003-01-11 - Kathy Troccoli received another nomination for her 13th project 'The Heart of Me.' This is the third Grammy nomination for Kathy since she began her music career. 'I'm stunned, honored and amazed by this nomination. It is nice to have something you work really hard on receive this type of recognition but I hope more than anything that my life has a true impact on our culture and that is remembered more than awards and accolades,' notes Troccoli. Kathy's career shot into the mainstream arena in 1992 with the hit single 'Everything Changes' and she has found her calling over the years not only as a singer but also an author and a speaker to audiences around the world. 'Kathy Troccoli is truly unique and one of America's treasures. It's a joy to see her get recognized in this way,' notes Matt Baugher, Troccoli's manager.
