Kevin Max Talks About His Upcoming Album

2003-06-22 - Kevin Max shared an update on the recording process of his second solo album in a recent post on his message boards. 'The new project is being recorded as we speak and the new direction is a bit different than SB. It will be a bit more straightforward from a musical standpoint, but not lyrically. I cannot change the way I write as many radio programmers will be nonplussed. Oh well. What can I say? I do not like fluff or expected subject material. The music is also a bit more rock and roll if you could call it that... experimental for sure with still the added world music quotient.
