2001-04-27 - The 23rd annual Dove Awards were held yesterday during the GMA week in Nashville. Mary Mary received awards for Urban Album of the Year for Thankful and Urban Recorded Song of the Year for 'Shackles (Praise You)' from Thankful. Additionally, they received nominations for New Artist of the Year, Country Recorded Song of the Year for 'Shackles (Praise You)' from Thankful, Country Recorded Song of the Year for 'Thankful,' and Short-Form Music Video of the year for 'Shackles (Praise You).'
