Bullet Review

Mat Kearney's Bullet CD is rich in poetic imagery with killer beats and rhythms. For example in "Undeniable," he raps with reverse-personification "my feet hit the ground like a beat for the lonely" and then interweaves a catchy melody you'll catch singing about the undeniable brilliance of God. His lulling singing is comparable to some of the best top artists of all time and when he raps, it rocks. Mat has excelled in this unique interplay of elements of rapping, crooning, and rock. This is an artist not to be overlooked. I have friends from different stations in life who all enjoy different aspects of it. You too will be joyfully surprised.
