Generations Review
This is a decent record from an MC who has
been at it for years in Hiphop. His lyrics are not nearly
as good as his partners in rhyme LPG but I feel that they
get the job done peace's lyrics revolve mostly around God,
faith, and struggle. Musicly their are some really good tracks
on here that make this CD a worhtwhile purchase if you are
a fan of christian Hiphop. Their are also some very corny
tracks that dont even sound like they should be on the album
such as the song "Everything I" It has one of the
cheesiest beats I have heard in a long time but I can see
what Peace is trying to do on this release he is trying to
go for musical variety and offer the listener a little more
than just the repetitive sounds that his last album had dont
get me wrong his last album was a good album it just that
the drum beats were extremely repetitive. in all I have to
say that Peace is a DECENT MC nothing really eatrh shattering
lyricly or musicly. If you are a fan of the tunnel rats you
might want to check this out. Those who are new to the Tunnel
Rat family Should probably skip this and check out LPG "The
Gadfly"
