Squint Signs New Rock Band, Building 429 Who Played For Sonicflood

2003-12-15 - Word Label Group announces the newest addition to their Squint Entertainment roster, Building 429, a straight-on rock band with an unwavering commitment to God-centered lyrics. Formed in North Carolina in 2000 by Roy (lead vocals, guitar) and Scotty Beshears (bass), and later adding Paul Bowden (guitar) and Michael Anderson (drums), Building 429 gained quite a following as an independent band. In the past three years, the foursome has played well over 400 concerts and sold more than 6,000 copies of their independent project. Most recently, Building 429 was the opening act on SONICFLOOd's Fall 2003 'Cry Holy' Tour, and plans are being made for the band to continue on the Spring 2004 leg.
