The Waiting Returns!

2001-10-17 - Atlanta-based band The Waiting has completed work on its third major label recording, Wonderfully Made, which will release December 24 on InPop Records. The group has been writing and recording Wonderfully Made for the past two and half years. Producer, Bryan Lenox (Sonicflood, Michael W. Smith, dc Talk, Rebecca St James) produced the album along with The Waiting's guitarist, Todd Olsen. 'Before we wrote one word or one note of this record, we sat down as a band and decided exactly what we wanted this record to say,' said lead singer Brad Olsen. 'It screams hope and joy and strength and fun. That's what we feel about our relationship with Christ. This is the happiest, most joyful record we've ever made.' The Waiting's lead singer, Brad Olsen, co-wrote four of the albums' ten tracks with Third Day's Mac Powell, a long-time friend of the band.
