Sticks & Stones Review
This is my favorite album by Wes. It's not
as over-produced as the other albums, and truly represents
who he as an artist. You can really hear more of his true
guitar talent, without overwhelming keyboards or cheesy background
vocals. The only other album that comes close to being this
cool is "A Room Full of Stories". I think Wes had
the unfortunate experience of sacrificing his music to the
Nashville producers with all the inbetween albums, but this
album represents the true Wes, before Nashville took over.
