Ya'll just don't know how good this cd is! Yolanda's voice and vocal techniques are above all others. This album proves that to the tee. There's some traditional, contemporary, and jazz on here. Still I Rise is the best song on there because it speaks to those that are broken and battered but are not gonna give up on GOD! Thats a sermon right there! I thought that Lashun Pace and Karen Clark Sheard were the queens of that HIGH GOSPEL SOPRANO. NOT SO!! Yolanda got them both on this album!! She's at her very best on this one. Not only is it full of superb vocal techniques but also full of ANOINTING! AND THAT'S WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE!! HAYA! Not only this album but all of her albums are good. Its Yolanda Adams, what did you expect?
