2002-10-03 - ZOEgirl, 2002 Dove award-winning New Artist of the Year, shook up the remix scene on September 24 with the release of Mix Of Life, a 12 song collection featuring new takes on the group's radio hits including 'I Believe,' 'Anything Is Possible,' and 'With All Of My Heart.' On the same day, the Z-girls release a DVD/VHS entitled Real Life, showcasing the music video for 'Dismissed' along with a brand new behind the scenes feature on members Chrissy Conway, Alisa Girard, and Kristin Swinford. These all-new projects are fueled by ZOEgirl's current studio album, Life, but also set a new pace for the group's upcoming third long-player, set to release in spring 2003. 'We wanted to put out a remix album this year to show people a different side of ZOEgirl,' Conway says. 'We hope to continue expanding musically and feel that this album is a great way to segue way into the different styles of music that we like.' And you can see this music come to life when ZOEgirl tours the United States with Newsboys (who also released a remix album on the same day) on the Thrive: It's All In The World Tour, kicking off October 9.
